CORPORATE MEDITATION

Meditation is a very good form of relaxation, but it is much more than that. It is a way of actively improving your emotional and mental wellbeing, which in turn, by removing stress etc, will also help to improve your physical wellbeing. By using the energy of the mind and focusing on one thing we can slow down the minds incessant chatter or we can allow ourselves to enter into stillness and just BE. .

A Meditation session will last for 15 - 20 minutes, with advertised start times, and will operate on a drop in basis.
We offer the following Meditation options

Qi Meditation
This meditation will be a part guided session to allow participants to focus on circling Qi (life energy) around the body. They will be introduced to the microcosmic orbit and the relationship between energy and breath.

Stillness Meditation
This meditation will be more about entering the stillness of the body and allowing ourselves to just BE. There will be a short guided section, shorter than Qi Meditation, and then focus on the stillness within..

Participants of both types of meditation benefit by having healthier relaxed bodies and minds, reduced stress and tension.

Meditation can be used any time during the day to help produce a relaxed attitude to the tasks ahead and to calm the mind.

Early Morning Meditation

Arrange sessions to be run at the start of the day to help staff begin their day in a more relaxed and focused way.
