Sampoorna Hatha Yoga
Sampoorna yoga is the Yoga of fullness. It refines and purifies all aspects of the human personality so that the soul can shine out in all its splendour. According to Yoga philosophy when we speak of the body, we are referring to 3 bodies, the physical, astral and the causal body. Sampoorna yoga brings tonification, purification and refinement to all these systems. Hatha yoga is also taught and practiced with this objective. Hatha yoga incorporates the five principles of proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking in order to restore and maintain proper health. |
